Premarital Agreements (Pre-Nups)
A “Prenup” is a written agreement signed before you marry where you decide how your financial world will be governed once you marry. It may outline how your assets and debts will be divided in the event of divorce, but it is often much more than that. If you have children from prior marriages or relationships, a Prenup can address whether your children will inherit your family home, or it may determine what will happen if you inherit during the marriage. These are prepared for a flat fee of $2,500. Check out our pre-nup blog article here.
