Marital Harmony: Crafting Prenuptial Agreements for Lasting Marital Security and Prosperity.
In Florida, Prenuptial Agreements serve as essential legal instruments for couples entering into marriage, offering a structured approach to delineate financial rights and responsibilities. “Prenups,” enable individuals to safeguard their assets and outline the distribution of property and spousal support in the event of divorce or the death of a spouse. Florida law recognizes the validity of prenuptial agreements, emphasizing transparency and fairness in their creation.
Couples often turn to these legal documents not only to protect their individual financial interests but also to establish clear expectations, fostering open communication and mutual understanding within the marriage. By addressing potential areas of contention in advance, Real Divorce solutions can help you build a more secure and harmonious marital foundation. We offer flat fee arrangements for both the creation and review of prenuptial agreements.
Navigating Unity: Postnuptial Agreements as Blueprints for Growth and Mutual Expectations While You Work on Your Marriage
Postnuptial agreements, often referred to as “postnups,” are legal documents designed to outline financial arrangements and expectations within a marriage after the wedding has taken place. Unlike prenuptial agreements, which are established before marriage, postnups are crafted during the course of the marriage. These agreements offer couples an opportunity to address and clarify financial matters, property distribution, and potential spousal support in the event of a divorce or separation. Importantly, postnuptial agreements can be seen as tools for strengthening a marriage rather than anticipating its end.
By openly discussing and documenting financial expectations, couples can foster communication, trust, and a shared understanding, allowing them to proactively address challenges and work towards a more secure and resilient marital relationship.

At Real Divorce Solutions, we understand that navigating the legal aspects of a divorce can be overwhelming. Our expert team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and guidance in preparing all necessary legal documents for your divorce process. Here's an overview of our specialized document preparation services.
Name Changes
If you are getting divorced and want to change your name back, this can be done within the divorce itself for no additional charge. If you are already divorced and didn’t change your name during the divorce, you can still get this done in a separate process. We can prepare everything you need.
Modifications
Changes to previous agreements or Final Judgments can be mediated and court documents prepared. These are typically charged at the hourly rate unless a clear agreement to the modification has already been reached.
Separation Agreements/Interim Agreements
Many couples who have decided to live separately but not divorce often choose to have a written agreement setting forth how their time sharing & separate households will work at this time in their lives. It is not required to separate before divorcing, however you can certainly choose to do so with or without plans to eventually divorce.
Postnuptial Agreements
A “Post-nup” is an agreement made after you marry where you decide how your assets and liabilities will be divided up in the event of divorce. Preparation of Post-nups can be done for a flat fee.
Premarital Agreements (Pre-Nups)
A “Prenup” is a written agreement signed before you marry where you decide how your financial world will be governed once you marry. It may outline how your assets and debts will be divided in the event of divorce, but it is often much more than that. If you have children from prior marriages or relationships, a Prenup can address whether your children will inherit your family home, or it may determine what will happen if you inherit during the marriage. Prenups can be prepared for a flat fee.
Uncontested Divorce
Our attorneys can represent one party and work with the other. Then, we can quickly submit the divorce to the court for entry. Sometimes, the other party feels the need to get their own attorney. We work well with other attorneys in the area and bring a compassionate, solution-focused approach to resolving your case, in such situations.
